Join Aimee Pruitt, RN andAyurvedic Counselor for Ayurvedic Practices for Restful Sleep. In this workshop, we will explore Ayurvedic practices to help you have a more restful night’s sleep. This workshop begins with an understanding of the Ayurvedic view of sleep related to the doshas. We will explore Ayurvedic practices used to help with the management of sleep including evening Ayurvedic routines, pranayama, yoga postures for rest and more. Class will end with a restorative Yoga Nidra Practice. Please bring a yoga mat and anything you need for comfort. Props are provided. Leave this workshop with tools to progressively relax the body, mind and spirit to allow you to awake refreshed and rejuvenated.
