With persistent stress and busyness that leads to chronic worry, exhaustion, and overwhelm, we all long for moments of true rest and resilience. Taking restorative time for yourself is a revolutionary act of self-love and compassion that leads to a sense of renewed vitality, mental clarity, and inner peace.
Join Stephanie Lopez as she introduces you to the practice of Integrative Restoration - iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation. iRest is a research-proven adaptation of the ancient teachings of yoga nidra that is being used worldwide to relieve stress, nourish deep relaxation, restore sound sleep and resilience, recover well-being, and awaken to your underlying essential wholeness with all of life. iRest provides you the tools to heal unresolved issues and traumas while it reveals your innate, unconditioned peace and well-being that are present amidst all changing circumstances.
During this free livestream class offering, Stephanie will guide you through an iRest yoga nidra practice where you will experience the benefits of this simple yet profound meditation firsthand. She will be offering an iRest Level 1 Teacher Training in October, and this is a chance to learn more about iRest and ask questions about the upcoming training. All are welcome!
