Let’s move, breathe, integrate and heal together.
We’re living in beautiful and courageous times. People are coming together en masse to affirm love, to speak out against systems of oppression, to restore our planet’s prairies and oceans and streams.
It is also true that we are living in wild times where heartbreak and deep exhaustion are increasingly a part of everyday life. There is no shortage of violence, pollution and greed – the ongoing state of the world is enough to make anyone heart-sick.
Whether they’re having an easy day or week or if it’s a tough one…when I speak to friends, family and community, it’s obvious we’re all hurting.
So, I’m asking: Where do you hurt? What does community healing look like right now? How can we support each other to connect, celebrate, grieve and integrate?
I’m not sure of all the answers, but I do feel that connection is a key. This is your invitation to come and experience community practices, both ancient and new, designed to spiritually support and renew us!
